Biography
David Powell worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Powell's career in acting began with his roles in various films like "Gloria's Romance" (1916), "The Firing Line" (1919) and "Dangerous Lies" (1921). He also appeared in "Her Gilded Cage" (1922), "The Siren Call" (1922) and "Virtuous Liars" (1924). In the eighties and the nineties, Powell devoted his time to various credits, such as "Silverado" (1985) starring Kevin Kline, the Michael J. Fox and Michael J. Fox blockbuster "Back to the Future II" (1989) and "All-American Murder" (1992) starring Christopher Walken. He also worked on "Far and Away" (1992). Powell had a number of different projects under his belt in the early 2000s through the 2010s, including "Shallow Hal" with Gwyneth Paltrow (2001), "Philomena" (2013) and the James Corden and Emily Blunt box office smash "Into the Woods" (2014). His credits also expanded to the Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth smash hit "Avengers: Age Of Ultron" (2015). Most recently, Powell worked on "The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel" (2015).
