Biography
Otto Lederer was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Lederer's career beginnings included film roles in "The Avenging Arrow" (1921) with Ruth Roland, "White Eagle" (1922) and "Black Oxen" (1924). Lederer made film his next project, appearing in "King of Kings" (1927), the dramatic adaptation "The Jazz Singer" (1927) with Al Jolson and "Celebrity" (1928). He also appeared in the dramatic adaptation "Chicago" (1928) with Phyllis Haver. Later in his career, Lederer acted in "The Sign of the Cross" (1932) with Fredric March. Lederer passed away in September 1965 at the age of 79.
