Kathryn McGuire was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Kathryn McGuire was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. McGuire started off her career in film with roles in "Playing With Fire" (1921), "The Flame of Life" (1923) and "The Printer's Devil" (1923). McGuire then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "Sherlock, Jr." (1924), "The Navigator" (1924) and "Naughty But Nice" (1927). She also appeared in "Lilac Time" (1928) with Colleen Moore, "Synthetic Sin" (1928) and "The Big Diamond Robbery" (1929). Later in her career, McGuire acted in "The Lost Zeppelin" (1929). McGuire passed away in October 1978 at the age of 81.
