Synopsis

Bob Shaw, sheriff of Rimrock, raids a gambling joint suspected of serving bootleg hootch. The raid is a failure. Bob later stops a truckload of illegal swill headed for Rimrock, and the driver tells Bob that the rotgut was destined for the gambling joint. John Bell, the father of Bob's fiancée, Mary, shoots Joe Kern, the saloon owner, in self-defense and then runs off, pursued by Kern's men. With his dying words, Kern exonorates Bell; Bob goes after Bell, coming to his rescue just as Kern's irate men are about to do him in. Bob sends the bootleggers packing and returns to town with his grateful friend and future father-in-law.
