Trevor Bardette was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In his early acting career, Bardette appeared in such films as the Brian Aherne biopic "The Great Garrick" (1937), the western "In Old Mexico" (1938) with George "Gabby" Hayes and "Mystery House" (1938). He also appeared in "The Oklahoma Kid" (1939), the drama "Let Freedom Ring" (1939) with Nelson Eddy and "Charlie Chan at Treasure Island" (1939). He continued to act in productions like "The Whistler" (1944), "Tampico" (1944) and "Counter-Attack" (1945). He also appeared in "Dick Tracy" (1945). In the latter half of his career, he continued to act in the Victor Mature crime picture "Dangerous Mission" (1954), "Johnny Guitar" (1954) with Joan Crawford and the remake "Destry" (1954) with Audie Murphy. He also appeared in the Randolph Scott western "Rage at Dawn" (1955) and the drama "Run For Cover" (1955) with James Cagney. Bardette was most recently credited in "Wyatt Earp: Return to Tombstone" (CBS, 1993-94). Bardette passed away in November 1978 at the age of 76.
