Walter Walker was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Walter Walker was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Walker's early acting career consisted of roles in various films, such as the Douglas Fairbanks musical comedy "Reaching For the Moon" (1931), "The Common Law" (1931) with Constance Bennett and the Howard Phillips dramatic adaptation "The Last Mile" (1932). He also appeared in "The Conquerors" (1932), "Tomorrow and Tomorrow" (1932) and the comedy "You Said a Mouthful" (1932) with Joe E Brown. He continued to act in productions like "I Loved a Woman" (1933), "I Love That Man" (1933) and "The Great Jasper" (1933). In the latter part of his career, he tackled roles in "The Gay Bride" (1934), the Robert Donat adventure "The Count of Monte Cristo" (1934) and "Babbitt" (1934) with Guy Kibbee. He also appeared in "Bedside" (1934) and the dramatic adaptation "Mrs. Wiggs of the Cabbage Patch" (1934) with Pauline Lord. Walker last acted in "The Cowboy and the Lady" (1938). Walker passed away in August 2001 at the age of 137.
