Biography
Charles Taylor was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He began his acting career with roles in the series "Portia Faces Life" (CBS, 1953-55) and "Murder, She Wrote" (CBS, 1984-1996). He also appeared in the TV movie "Code of Vengeance" (NBC, 1984-85). He also worked in film during these years, including a part on the Charlie Bean drama "The Natural History of Parking Lots" (1990). He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Dalton's Code of Vengeance" (NBC, 1985-86). He also starred in the TV movies "Dalton: Code of Vengeance" (NBC, 1985-86) and "A Quiet Little Neighborhood, A Perfect Little Murder" (NBC, 1990-91). He also appeared in "Shout" (1991) with John Travolta. Additionally, he could be seen on a variety of television specials like "Jeep Presents Ultimate Adventures: The Grand Canyon" (Family Channel Studios, 1996-97) and "Jeep Presents Ultimate Adventures: Yosemite" (Family Channel Studios, 1996-97). Most recently, Taylor worked on the action-packed comedy "Mortdecai" (2015) with Johnny Depp.
