Biography

Henry Herbert worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. Herbert started his acting career landing roles in such films as the western "The Cyclone" (1920) with Tom Mix, the adventure "Captain Blood" (1924) with J Warren Kerrigan and "Easy Money" (1936). He also appeared in the mystery "It Couldn't Have Happened" (1936) with Reginald Denny. He continued to work in film in the seventies and the eighties, directing motion pictures like "Emily" (1976). Herbert had a number of different projects under his belt in the eighties and the nineties, including "The Software Murders" "Feast of July" (1995) starring Embeth Davidtz and "Crossmaheart" with Gerard Rooney (1998). His credits also expanded to "The Girl With Brains in Her Feet" (1998). Herbert most recently produced "Lucia" (1999).
