Gerard Heinz was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Heinz started off his career in film with roles in the dramatic adaptation "The Prisoner" (1955) with Alec Guinness and the Jack Palance crime adaptation "The Man Inside" (1958). Heinz made film his next project, appearing in the drama "The Mark of the Hawk" (1958) with Sidney Poitier and the Curt Jurgens biopic "I Aim at the Stars" (1960). Later in his career, Heinz acted in "The Heroes of Telemark" (1965) with Kirk Douglas. Heinz passed away in November 1972 at the age of 68.
