Don Rowan was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Rowan began his career with roles in the Myrna Loy drama "Whipsaw" (1935), the Buster Crabbe western "The Arizona Raiders" (1936) and "Affairs of Cappy Ricks" (1937). Rowan next focused his career on film, appearing in "Devil's Playground" (1937), "When's Your Birthday?" (1937) and "Racket Busters" (1938). He also appeared in "Wanted By the Police" (1938), the Bonita Granville mystery "Nancy Drew - Reporter" (1939) and "Oklahoma Terror" (1939). Later in his career, Rowan acted in the sci-fi feature "Flash Gordon Conquers the Universe" (1940) with Buster Crabbe. Rowan passed away in February 1966 at the age of 61.
