Synopsis

Dowd, an IRA gunman, breaks out of a Belfast jail and attempts to begin a new life in New York. Trying to avoid the Irish community, he takes a job as a dishwasher where he meets a group of Guatemalan exiles led by Tulio who are planning to assassinate a CIA informant.
