Chill Factor

1h 42m 1999

Brief Synopsis

A terrorist group in the U.S. steals a chemical weapon and it's up to Tim, a fishing buddy of the guilt-stricken scientist who made the weapon, and Arlo, an ice cream truck driver who happened to be in the wrong truck at the wrong time, to steal the weapon and transport it safely to a military base in Montana. With many dangerous extremists hot on their tail, the duo's main concern is not getting caught and surely killed, but rather the "chill factor" -- if the chemicals rise above 50 degrees they'll cause widespread destruction that includes the instantaneous stripping of human flesh from the bone.
