Synopsis
U. S. Air Force general Lawrence Dell escapes from a military prison and takes over a missile silo near Montana. Dell believes that the real reason for United States' involvement in Vietnam has never been told, and threatens to launch the weapons and start World War III unless the president reveals the truth.
