Biography
Assistant director on numerous American films since the mid-60s who turned to producing in 1979. Glattes was subsequently behind a number of first-rate productions, including films by Bob Fosse, Robert Benton and Sidney Lumet. He met his wife, choreographer Kathryn Doby, on the set of "Cabaret" (1972).
