Actress Lois January was known for her roles on the silver screen. January began her acting career appearing in various films, such as the Elissa Landi comedic adaptation "By Candlelight" (1933), "Life Returns" (1935) and "Skull and Crown" (1935). She also appeared in "Border Caballero" (1936) and "Lightnin' Bill Carson" (1936). Her film career continued throughout the thirties in productions like the comedy adaptation "One Rainy Afternoon" (1936) with Francis Lederer, "Rogue of the Range" (1936) and "Bar-Z Bad Men" (1937). She also appeared in "Courage of the West" (1937) and "Lightnin' Crandall" (1937). Additionally, she appeared on the television special "Lola" (ABC, 1975-76). January last appeared in "Double Agent" (ABC, 1986-87). January passed away in August 2006 at the age of 93.
