Paul Irving was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Irving found his beginnings in film with roles in the adventure "The Count of Monte Cristo" (1934) with Robert Donat and "Gold Diggers of 1937" (1936). Irving next focused his career on film, appearing in "The Great Ziegfeld" (1936), "On the Avenue" (1937) with Dick Powell and the musical comedy "Hollywood Hotel" (1938) with Dick Powell. Later in his career, Irving acted in the adaptation "Balalaika" (1939) with Nelson Eddy. Irving passed away in May 1959 at the age of 82.
