Biography
Richard De Klerk was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. At the beginning of his acting career, De Klerk appeared in various dramas like "So Weird" (Disney, 1998-2001) and "The 4400" (USA, 2003-07). He also starred in the TV movies "Frankie and Hazel" (Showtime, 2000-01) and "Bang, Bang, You're Dead" (Showtime, 2002-03). In the early stages of his Hollywood career, De Klerk held acting roles in films like "Mr. Rice's Secret" (2000). He continued to work steadily in television dramas throughout the early 2000s, appearing on "Saved" (TNT, 2005-06), "Supernatural" (2005-) and "Sanctuary (Syfy)" (Syfy, 2008-2012). He also starred in the TV movies "The Engagement Ring" (2005-06), "Totally Awesome" (VH1, 2006-07) and "Beyond Sherwood Forest" (Syfy, 2009-2010). De Klerk focused on film in more recent years, appearing in "Cole" (2009), the dramatic fantasy "Repeaters" (2011) with Dustin Milligan and "CBGB" (2013) with Alan Rickman.
