Biography
Actor George A Cooper appeared in a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. A Cooper began his career with roles in the Albert Finney comedy adaptation "Tom Jones" (1963), the Virginia Maskell dramatic adaptation "The Wild and the Willing" (1964) and the remake "Vengeance" (1964) with Anne Heywood. He then acted in the Laurence Harvey adaptation sequel "Life at the Top" (1965), the comedy "Smashing Time" (1967) with Rita Tushingham and the Christopher Lee horror film "Dracula Has Risen From the Grave" (1969). He also appeared in "The Rise and Rise of Michael Rimmer" (1970) with Peter Cook. Later in his career, A Cooper appeared in "Reunion at Fairborough" (HBO, 1984-85).
