David Sage was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He had an early role on the television special "Just Life" (ABC, 1989-1990). He also was featured in the miniseries "Guts and Glory: The Rise and Fall of Oliver North" (1988-89). He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Love, Mary" (1985-86), "Shakedown on the Sunset Strip" (CBS, 1987-88) and "Easy Come, Easy Go" (ABC, 1989-1990). He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "Quantum Leap" (NBC, 1988-1993). He also starred in the TV movies "Rock Hudson" (1989-1990), "Shattered Dreams" (CBS, 1989-1990) and "A Private Matter" (HBO, 1991). More recently, he tackled roles on "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" (1993-97) and "Diagnosis Murder" (CBS, 1993-2001). He also appeared in the Dwier Brown comedy "Galaxies Are Colliding" (1996). He also was featured in the TV movie "Where Are My Children?" (ABC, 1994-95). Most recently, Sage acted on "The West Wing" (NBC, 1999-2006).
