Sugith Varughese was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He had a part on the television special "Overdrawn at the Memory Bank" (PBS, 1984-85). He also starred in the TV movies "Quiet Killer" (CBS, 1991-92) and "Too Close to Home" (CBS, 1996-97). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including parts on "Nancy Drew" (1995-96) and "PSI Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal" (1996-2001). During these years, he also worked in film, earning a part in the action picture "Mission to Mars" (2000) with Gary Sinise. He also starred in the TV movies "Naked City: Justice With a Bullet" (Showtime, 1998-99) and "The Defenders: Taking the First" (Showtime, 1998-99). Varughese's more recent roles included "Orphan" (2009) with Vera Farmiga. He also was featured in the TV movie "Get a Clue" (Disney, 2001). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Street Time" (Showtime, 2001-03). Varughese most recently acted on "The Strain" (FX, 2013-).
