Based on the 1948 Oscar-winning film, "Naked City," which explores some of the stories of criminals, residents and visitors who make up New York, through the eyes of Officers Muldoon and Halloran of the NYPD Anti-Crime Unit. Two girls from Ohio in New York for vacation lose their money and luggage to a crooked limo driver. The women then find themselves suspects in a homicide case after Sergeant Muldoon and Officer Halloran discover a connection between them and the murder of a known drug dealer. Meanwhile, a professional "hit man," Chaz Villanueva, is hired to assassinate Halloran. He never suspects his life is in danger when he runs into his old high school friend Chaz.
