Biography
Dominique Zardi was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Zardi kickstarted her acting career in various films such as the Roger Hanin action flick "The Tiger Likes Fresh Blood" (1964), the dramatic adaptation "Diary of a Chambermaid" (1964) with Jeanne Moreau and the drama "Le Gendarme a New York" (1965) with Louis De Funes. She also appeared in "This Man Must Die" (1969) with Michel Duchaussoy, the Stephane Audran drama "La Femme Infidele" (1969) and the Michel Bouquet crime flick "Juste avant la nuit" (1971). She kept working in film throughout the seventies, starring in the comedy "Andrea" (1976) with Odette Laurent, the Sydne Rome drama "Folies bourgeoises" (1976) and the Sim comedy "Le Roi des bricoleurs" (1977). She also appeared in "Bartleby" (1978). During the latter half of her career, she tackled roles in the drama "Masques" (1987) with Philippe Noiret, "Le Miracule" (1987) and "La Comedie du travail" (1988) with Roland Blanche. She also appeared in "Madame Bovary" (1991) with Isabelle Huppert and the drama "La Voix" (1992) with Nathalie Baye. Most recently, Zardi acted in "Le Deal" (2007) with Alison Arngrim.
