Synopsis
Herve Radius, tallies of an oil company, precipitates his young mistress in a river after having afight with her. A witness, Victor, helps him and decides to make a song about it. Soon the inspector rings his bell who is not as idiotic as it was thought. Herve leaves to search people he can use as his alibi.
