Masahiko Tsugawa was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also appeared in the Ken Watanabe comedy "Tampopo" (1987), the comedy "Ososhiki" (1987) with Tsutomu Yamazaki and "A Taxing Woman" (1988). He continued to act in productions like "Ten To Chi To" (1991), "Twinkle" (1992) and "Daibyonin" (1995). Recently, he tackled roles in "Excellent Campany" (2006) with Masato Ibu, the Ken'ichi Matsuyama foreign sequel "Desu Noto: The Last Name" (2006) and the dramatic adaptation "Ai No Rukeichi" (2007) with Shinobu Terajima.
