Mark Soper rose to fame as an actor, gracing the silver screen many times over the course of his Hollywood career. He additionally landed roles in the TV movies "Attica" (ABC, 1979) and "Parole" (CBS, 1981-82). He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "Knots Landing" (CBS, 1979-1993). In the eighties, he acted in "Nightmare at Shadow Woods" (1987), "The In Crowd" (1988) and the horror sequel "The Understudy: Graveyard Shift II" (1989) with Michael A Miranda. He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Wilson's Reward" (1983-84). Soper also appeared in the John Travolta box office smash fantastical drama "Phenomenon" (1996) and the action picture "Swordfish" (2001) with John Travolta. He also was featured in the TV movie "Bar Hopping" (Showtime, 2002-03). He held additional roles in television including a part on "Judging Amy" (CBS, 1999-2005). Most recently, Soper acted in "White Oleander" (2002).
