Ninchi began her career with roles in the drama "La Mura di Malapaga" (1950) with Jean Gabin, the drama "Teresa" (1951) with John Ericson and the Vittorio De Sica comedy "Il Bigamo" (1955). Ninchi then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in the dramatic adaptation "Purple Noon" (1961) with Alain Delon, "Ballerina and the Good God" (1963) and "Murmur of the Heart" (1971) with Lea Massari. She also appeared in "Pulp" (1972) with Michael Caine and the dramatic period piece "Lacombe, Lucien" (1974) with Pierre Blaise. Ninchi was most recently credited in the Bernadette Lafont drama "Les Bonnes Femmes" (2000). Ninchi passed away in November 1997 at the age of 83.
