Biography
With a legacy of laughter-inducing roles, Rizwan Manji was known for his rich movie career. In the early stages of his Hollywood career, Manji acted in comedies like "Too Tired to Die" (2001) with Mira Sorvino, "American Desi" (2001) with Deep Katdare and Purva Bedi and "The Guru" (2003) starring Heather Graham. Manji worked in television around the start of his acting career with a role on "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-). He continued to act in productions like the Shia LaBeouf smash hit action flick "Transformers" (2007), the dramatic adaptation "Charlie Wilson's War" (2007) with Tom Hanks and the Rachel McAdams comedy "Morning Glory" (2010). He also worked in television around this time, including a part on "Rizzoli & Isles" (TNT, 2009-16). Recently, he tackled roles in the comedy "The Dictator" (2012) with Sacha Baron Cohen, "The Citizen" (2013) and the comedy "Don Jon" (2013) with Joseph Gordon-Levitt. He also appeared in the Leonardo DiCaprio box office smash crime drama "The Wolf of Wall Street" (2013). He held additional roles in television including a part on "The Goldbergs" (ABC, 2013-). Most recently, Manji acted in the sci-fi romance "Equals" (2015) with Kristen Stewart.
