Victor Lanoux was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Lanoux's earliest roles were in film, including "The Shameless Old Lady" (1964) with Sylvie, "L' Affaire Dominici" (1972) with Jean Gabin and "Elle Court, Elle Court la Banlieue" (1972) with Marthe Keller. He also appeared in the crime flick "Deux hommes dans la ville" (1973) with Alain Delon, the adventure "Mort d'un Guide" (1975) with Pierre Rousseau and the action picture "Folle a Tuer" (1975) with Marlene Jobert. He continued to work steadily in film throughout the seventies, appearing in "Servante et Maitresse" (1977), "Un Moment d'Egarement" (1977) and "La Carapate" (1978). He also appeared in "Les Chiens" (1978). Toward the end of his career, he continued to act in "Sale destin!" (1987), the drama "Le Lieu du Crime" (1987) with Catherine Deneuve and "L' Invite surprise" (1989). Lanoux most recently acted in the comedy "Reines d'un jour" (2001) with Karin Viard.
