Synopsis

A gang of thieves led by Pin Norman abducts an elderly cashier for her keys to a jewelry store. The woman dies from suffocation, and the local police discover her corpse. Inspector Sparrow resents Scotland Yard's being called in on the case and takes leave unofficially to continue investigating on his own. Acting on a suspicion that Reynolds, the jewelry store owner, conspired with Norman, Sparrow is captured by Norman's gang. Sparrow's sergeant learns of the inspector's predicament from Sue, Sparrow's girl friend, and arrives in time to help apprehend the crooks after a shoot-out.
