Synopsis
Lt. Matt Ryder has been dishororably discharged from the United States Navy, but when a nuclear warhead stolen, he is called upon to recover the weapon. Evidence points to the warhead being hidden offshore and Matt begins his investigation, but when he gets together with his ex-girlfriend, a ego-maniacal man she has rejected begins to complicate matters.
