Synopsis

When Sandra, a teenaged beach beauty, overhears Big D, a man driven mad by rock and roll, discussing with his henchmen, Mousie and Huh, plans to sabotage an upcoming fair, she telephones secret agent John Stamp for help. Homer, Stamp's butler, answers the telephone, however, and, wishing to be a secret agent himself, agrees to take on the case. Big D learns of Homer's involvement in the affair and tries to divert him with three beautiful assistants (Scuba, Wipeout, and Tuff Bod), but the bumbling Homer manages to elude them. Homer is also hampered in his investigations by the mysterious Girl from FLUSH, who constantly pursues Homer in a motorcycle with an assistant in the sidecar. Homer manages to prevent Big D from ruining the fair. And the Girl from FLUSH turns out to be Homer's boss in disguise, indignant because Homer has been using his custom-built automobile without permission.
