"Interview With the Vampire" (1976) is the first book in Anne Rice's ongoing Vampire Chronicles, which includes "The Vampire Lestat" (1986) "Queen of the Damned" (1988) and "The Tale of the Body Thief" (1992). Paramount Pictures previously held film rights to the novel.
