Synopsis

In the early years of this century, two English map makers unintentionally disturb the tranquility of a small Welsh village when they inform the inhabitants that their most famous geographic landmark--their mountain--is actually a hill. Technically, it's 15-feet too short to qualify as the mountain they always thought it to be. Lead by the village innkeeper Morgan the Goat, who enlists the aid of the seductive Betty of Cardiff, the villagers scheme to keep the two cartographers in town long enough to re-measure the mountain's height.
