Synopsis
Teenager Hoover Niebold is crazy about cars and a certain girl in high school, so he tries to impress her by taking her for a ride in a race car that is owned by local professional racer. Hoover's father, the town's sheriff, is angry at his son and orders his deputies to catch him, but as concerned citizens continue to flood his office, the his men can't catch up with Hoover. So he gets Jones and some other racers to go after the boy as he races through the countryside.
