Brief Synopsis
An earthquake releases a strain of mutant cockroaches with the ability to start fires, which proceed to cause destructive chaos in a small town. The studies carried out by scientist James Parmiter, however, reveal an intent with much more far-reaching consequences.

Synopsis
After an earthquake, a giant swarm of intelligent cockroaches come up out of the earth. They are particulary destructive because they can set fires by rubbing their body parts together. A scientist breeds one of the incendiary bugs with a common cockroach and creates a race of deadly super-roaches that can fly.
