Synopsis

In Singapore, CIA agent Art Smith, after meeting with Mr. Brown of the British Secret Service, joins four volunteer U. S. Marines in a mission to capture the men responsible for the disappearance of 17 fellow soldiers. They learn that Ta-tchouen, a mad scientist, is preparing to conduct brainwashing experiments on the missing Marines, who are currently being kept alive in frozen hibernation, and then to exchange them for money and weapons. Art and Sergeant Gruber, one of the volunteers, sneak into the doctor's secret laboratory aboard a freighter. British secret agent Monica, Mr. Brown, the other volunteers, and the local police rescue Art and the Marines and destroy the ship.
