Synopsis
Rick Hunter, a mobster's son turned tough -- but honest -- cop, reunites with former partner Dee Dee McCall, a beautiful maverick cop nicknamed "The Brass Cupcake." When Hunter's partner is killed in a drug bust gone sour, he is suspended pending further investigation so he heads to San Diego to spend time with his old freind. Dee Dee is about to be married to a Mayoral candidate but when he kills an armed intruder in their home, Hunter is drawn into the investigation revealing more about McCall's husband-to-be than she realized including ties to the Russian mob and KGB.
