Synopsis
In 1947, Tomas and Jaime are imprisoned for writing anti-Franco grafitti at their university in Spain. Their friend Velasco goes to Paris to get help for them, and meets Michel, who is known for his efforts to free political prisoners. He sends Kathy and Susan who enable the boys to make a daring escape, in the midst of which they fall in love with their rescuers. But when they reach Barcelona, they must still reckon with the Fascist Victor, who has always had it in for them.
