Mayfair Entertainment International, a UK sales company, won its case to refuse delivery on the grounds that the completed film departs substantially from the screenplay they'd previously agreed to finance. Film Finances, the film's completion bond company, must reimburse the $4 million Mayfair promised to pay for international distribution rights.
