Synopsis
Set during and after the Spanish Civil War. A bride, whose marriage is not yet consummated because her husband is sent on a mission, is ordered raped by commander Francisco Franco in order to rev up his troops for an important battle. Months later the husband returns, finds his wife pregnant and kills her. Left to die, she survives, gives birth and flees to France. Years later her son learns that Franco is responsible for his mother's death and sets out to kill the Generalissimo, while harassing male viewers of "Gilda," because the boy believes his mother looked like the Rita Hayworth character.
