Synopsis

Johnny Wright has invented luminous, blotterless ink. Having been presented with a yacht by an escaped lunatic, Johnny invites a number of business prospects for an afternoon on the yacht. The captain and crew use the yacht as a rumrunner, taking all the passengers as prisoners, while the real owner of the yacht is on another boat pursuing them. Realizing the dangerous predicament of all aboard, Johnny slides down to the side of the yacht and letters a plea for help on the hull in his new ink. This action helps the real owner rescue the yacht, and he is so impressed with Johnny's ingenuity that he offers him a job in his advertising firm.
