Synopsis

Dusty Rhoades, who is engaged to Virginia, daughter of Pat MacMurran, manufacturer of Pakro automobiles, retires from racing to please his future father-in-law. Hellis, of the Ronado Car Co., who is trying to secure an order from a South American dealer, ditches Dusty in a road challenge, and MacMurran cancels the wedding; but Dusty elopes with Virginia in a racing car. Pursued by her father, they are both arrested for speeding, and Dusty spends 2 days in jail. Later, he purchases a Pakro car and enters the automobile race. Dusty and his mechanic, Jimmy Rodman, defeat the Ronado entry and win the South American contract, and Dusty and Virginia are reconciled to MacMurran.
