Synopsis
Barry Macklin, the worthless son of the owner of a cement manufacturing company, is assigned to visit Hillsboro, a town scheduled for paving. Barry becomes involved in a plot to steal the paving funds from the bank; he suspects the mayor of embezzlement. Finally, when the real thieves turn up to rob the bank, Barry rounds them all up, including the mayor, and marries the new mayor's daughter, thus proving his worth to his father.
