Synopsis
The son of Grandma Gano (Jerry's father) and Dr. Peak, a respected member of the community, commit a sizable robbery; Peak shoots his partner; and Grandma learns from her son's deathbed confession that the loot is hidden near a haunted house. Grandma and Jerry resolve to find the money while Peak tries to prevent their success with some farcical goings-on. The house goes up in flames, Jerry's sweetheart rescues Jerry, and the money is found in a well. Justice is served, however, when the loot proves to be counterfeit.
