Synopsis

J. Harrison Gray, a wealthy young Don Juan, finds himself entangled with five different women. After settling a suit through his attorney, Gray meets Dolly, a chorus girl with designs on him; she is knocked down by a passing car, but Gray, meanwhile, is attracted to Betty, a pretty passerby, and is himself struck by a vehicle. He awakes at the hospital beside his newly-found love, but a Mrs. Brown claims him and takes him to her home. In order to avoid the irate husband, Gray declares himself engaged to Dolly. Betty, his new love, invites him to her home for dinner, where her father reads of the engagement in the newspaper and declares his dislike for Gray (who does not reveal his identity). Complications ensue, and Betty's brother, along with the irate Mr. Brown, threaten Gray, finally forcing the couple to the altar.
