Synopsis

Teena Johnson, a Follies showgirl, fulfills her desire to marry for money when she weds Kyle Stannard, the playboy son of an oil millionaire. She refuses his father's offer of $100,000 to give his son a divorce. Kyle is cut off by his father and goes to work for the first time in his life, while Teena returns to the chorus. He incurs large gambling debts, and when his father refuses to help he turns to Teena. She realizes her love for him and voluntarily leaves him; but the father, understanding her sacrifice, effects a reconciliation.
