Synopsis
Andy Norton, chief of a gang of mail thieves, is captured and imprisoned, though he does not reveal to the other gang members the hiding place of the loot. They plot to obtain the secret from him, but to no avail. Inspector Sweeney of the Post Office Department, posing as a criminal, suspects that the stolen property is hidden in the house of Mother Malone, a clairvoyant. There he finds the gang members who have escaped and who threaten Norton's daughter, Jacqueline, thus forcing Norton to divulge the secret. After a series of mysterious and comic adventures, the gang is arrested with the aid of Dora, a servant who turns out to be a Secret Service agent, and the booty is retrieved.
