Synopsis

John Dent, an automobile manufacturer, produces an inexpensive but effective car. His son, Jimmy, rebels when Dent orders all his employees to drive Dent cars. Moreover, Lorraine, daughter of Dutton Tyler, Dent's competitor, induces Jimmy to buy one of her father's expensive roadsters. Later, however, when Jimmy learns that Tyler has plotted to wreck a Dent entry in a transcontinental race, he gives up his roadster and agrees to drive his father's car in another race. Louise, his father's secretary, tries to warn him of a sabotage attempt and intervenes by disguising herself as a mechanic; together, they barely escape the path of a train in a railroad tunnel, and Jimmy wins the race and Louise.
