Synopsis
A father takes in the child his estranged daughter believes she has given up for adoption. Twelve years ago, unmarried Natalie became pregnant and made the decision to give up her child for adoption. Her hard-working father, John, learned about the existence of the child and took him in. In the intervening years, Natalie worked hard to become a judge, eventually presiding over a family law court. She has the respect of her peers and a relationship with fellow judge, Steven Albright, but guilt over the child she gave up prevents the relationship from growing. As John's health fails, his sister convinces him that he and Little John should try to reconnect with Natalie.
