Synopsis

Dr. Rue Wakeman strives to create the ideal combat machine -- the consummate soldier. He stitches together parts of 88 different corpses to create Mr. Stitch. All is not well, as the memories of the 88 lives drive Mr. Stitch to satisfy their desires. Elizabeth English, a psychiatrist, is brought in to assist. She and Mr. Stitch become close as she recognizes a familiar side to him. Under hypnosis, the creature speaks in a strange voice, that of Dr. Texarian, one of the project's pioneer doctors and the father of her unborn child. The emotional strain of this discovery forces Elizabeth to leave the project. When the creature finds out, he is enraged and breaks out of the laboratory and rages through an unsuspecting city in order to find her.
